Terms of Service

1. Services

Luxium Pro provides premium visual content creation services including AI-generated imagery, video production, and creative direction for luxury and premium brands.

2. Usage Rights

Once deliverables are handed over, the client owns full commercial rights to use them in any medium — social media, billboard, print, broadcast, web, and more — for life, with no expiration and no additional licensing fees. In short: Full commercial rights (lifetime use).

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the delivered assets without prior written consent.

3. AI Disclosure

Our content creation process leverages advanced AI technology combined with professional creative direction. All deliverables undergo quality assurance by our creative team to ensure they meet our premium standards.

4. Revisions

Revision rounds are defined by the selected package. "Minor revisions" include adjustments to color, cropping, lighting, and small compositional changes. Major changes (new concepts, complete reshoots, or scope changes) may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellation & Kill Fee

Cancellations made before production begins are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Once production has commenced, a kill fee of 50% of the total project value applies.

6. Liability

Total liability is capped at the project value. Luxium Pro is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered content.

7. Exclusivity

Exclusivity for visual concepts or styles is available as a custom arrangement. Standard packages do not include exclusivity guarantees.
